So break out that tape measure. Even folks that think you don't have belly fat, please do so as a baseline. "Skinny" is not always healthy.
Men are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 40 inches. Range is (37-40) Risk!
Women are at risk if their waist measurement is greater than 35 inches. Range is(32-35) Risk!
