30 Min Workout for the Busy Folk!

Morning:10 min Cardio
Midday: 10 min Cardio
Evening:10 min Cardio

Breaking your Cardio up into 3 segments is the same as doing cardio for 30 minutes straight. No one is to busy to not do the above workout. If so, let me know and I can help you.
